Baliti Integrated School provides free, equitable and quality education to the youth of Barangay Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and nearby areas. Administered by the Philippine Department of Education (San Fernando Division Office), we are tasked with the development of our nation’s children in the academic, social and personal domains.

As the official state-run institution of one of San Fernando’s most progressive barangays, we constantly strive to deliver the best quality of education possible. Baliti Integrated school now has the curriculum, faculty and facilities necessary for the application of the new K-12 academic system.

Baliti Integrated School dreams of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation. As a learner-centered public institution, Baliti Integrated School continuously improves itself to better serve its students, its immediate community and the Philippines. Our vision is consistent with that of the Department of Education and in line with the mandate of the Philippine constitution.


Our institution was established for the fulfillment of the mission to provide holistic education that has the following attributes:

Under the DepEd’s directive, we work to provide our students a learning environment where:

  • Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner.
  • Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.
